July 2026

  1. Reorder your parish list

    Drag the parishes on Settings, then Parishes into the order you want, and the request form shows them to requesters in that order.

  2. Filter the Admin Calendar by priest

    Choose a priest to see only the Masses they are assigned to celebrate or concelebrate, alongside the existing location filter.

  3. Accept requests through a fixed end date

    The Request Window setting now offers a fixed end date alongside the rolling Request Horizon. Choose a fixed date when you open your Mass book one period at a time, for example through the end of the calendar year, and visitors cannot request a Mass past it.

  4. Clearer start and end dates for Mass schedules

    The Mass schedule form now spells out that the start date is your first Mass and that an end date is for a Mass schedule that will change in the future. If you added an end date your schedule doesn't need, edit it and set Ends to Never so your Masses continue past that date.

  5. Jump anywhere with search

    Choose Search at the top of the admin sidebar to jump to any admin page or find a Mass intention or user by typing a few letters.

  6. Search your Mass intentions

    Find any intention on the Mass Intentions list by its wording, requester name or email, Mass card recipient, or reference number.

  7. Alerts when Stripe pauses online payments

    If Stripe ever pauses your organization's online payments, for example over an expired verification requirement, admins now receive an email and in-app alert right away with a link to review and complete whatever Stripe needs.

  8. Mark a paid offering as unpaid

    Reverse a payment recorded at the parish, for example when a check does not clear. The offering shows as unpaid again so you can record a new payment or mark the intention as having no offering.

  9. Bulletin weeks include the Saturday vigil

    The bulletin and sacristy schedule now include the Saturday evening vigil Mass before each week's starting Sunday, so the whole liturgical weekend is covered.

  10. Format the bulletin your way

    New preferences on the Bulletin page let you group Masses by date or by location, include requester names, and list canceled Masses.

  11. Correct the request date on an intention

    Edit the date a Mass intention was requested from its detail page.

June 2026

  1. Lock a Mass to reserve it

    Lock a Mass to keep it off the Request a Mass form and out of auto-scheduling. You can still assign an intention as an administrator.

  2. Pick which admin emails you receive

    Each admin can now turn off email for specific admin alerts, such as new requests or cancelations, from their dashboard. You still see every notification in the app.

  3. Show intentions on upcoming Masses

    Turn on a publishing setting to display the published intention on each upcoming Mass in your public calendar.

  4. Spot collective Masses on the calendar

    The admin calendar marks each collective Mass with a group icon and its current intention count, and shows a dashed outline while the Mass still has room for more intentions.

  5. See when an intention exceeds a requester's limit

    When you add a Mass intention on a requester's behalf, a heads-up appears if it would put them over their daily or yearly request limit, so you can continue or stop.

  6. Bulletin weeks now run Sunday to Sunday

    The bulletin and sacristy schedule group each week from one Sunday through the following Sunday, matching when most bulletins are published.

  7. Edit Masses in bulk

    Select multiple Masses, then assign a priest or perform various other actions.

  8. Filter and export your Mass intentions

    Narrow the Mass Intentions list by date range and location, then export the results to a CSV file to open in a spreadsheet.

  9. Set a default priest for a Mass schedule

    Name a default priest on a recurring Mass schedule. The priest is assigned automatically when an intention is scheduled on a Mass that has no priest yet.

  10. Correct an offering amount

    Fix the offering amount and payment method on an intention after it is entered.

  11. Allow offerings below the suggested amount

    Turn on a setting to let requesters give any offering down to $0, instead of requiring at least the suggested amount. The suggested amount still pre-fills.

  12. Activity Log

    A new Activity page gives admins a running history of everything happening on the website.

  13. Backup Report

    Opt in to a Backup Report email to receive exports of your fulfilled and open Mass intentions, so you always have a copy saved outside the system.

  14. Match stipends to the offering

    Turn on a setting to pay each priest the offering received for the intention instead of a fixed rate. On a Collective Mass only the first intention is paid.

  15. Accept deceased intentions only

    Enable a setting to offer Deceased as the only intention type on your public form, for organizations that do not offer Masses for the living.

    Remove a Mass entirely instead of only canceling it.

    Turn on a publishing setting to display the published intention on each past Mass in your public calendar.

  18. Set when each location opens for requests

    Give any Mass location its own earliest requestable date so it can start accepting online requests on a different day than the rest, overriding the organization default.
