Organization accounts: When an organization signs up for MassRequest.com, we collect the organization name, location, contact information, and administrator details.

Each organization on MassRequest.com operates within its own isolated environment. Your Mass intention requests and account data at one organization are not accessible to other organizations.
If you register with a mobile phone number, or add one to your account, we send transactional text messages about your account and Mass intention requests. Messages include one-time verification codes, request confirmations, scheduling updates, reminders, and offering receipts. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Before sending any text message, we verify the number by sending a 6-digit code that you must enter on the site. This confirms the number is yours and records your consent to receive messages. We store the date and time you consent. Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or resubscribe by replying START. Reply HELP for support information.
We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances. Phone numbers are shared only with our SMS delivery provider for the sole purpose of delivering the messages you have requested.
